John Ridings BA (Hons) APFS

John has been working in the Financial Planning profession since 2010 and became Managing Director of Ascent Financial Planning in 2023. John is a Chartered Financial Planner which is widely accepted as the gold standard qualification for Financial Planners.​
 
John works closely with both private and corporate clients to help them achieve their personal and financial goals and he is passionate about helping clients live their best lives. He has a friendly down to earth approach, and prides himself on building long term relationships with his clients whilst delivering financial planning advice in an easy to understand manner.
 
Away from work, John lives with his wife Chloe, their twin daughters, and their miniature schnauzers Keith and Doris. He loves keeping active, exploring new places, and spending quality time with friends and family.
